It’s (Coffee) Time for another Contest 6

Why is it some weeks I have trouble coming up with a post a day, and other weeks I have so much going on I have to have multiple posts a day. It’s all very confusing.

I promise I will be putting the Twitter 101 Part 2 post up today.

But in the meantime, I thought I’d share that Coffee Time Romance is running a contest for me (you have to scroll down – I’m the 5th one down the list).  You have all of October to enter.  Now you have three questions you have to answer correctly – but the answers are right there on my web. If you win, you not only win your own e-copy of Personal Protection (your choice of format), but you’ll also win a Christmas ornament I’ve personally embroidered.

The center design is 3 7/8 inches square, and it includes the padded silk frame.  It’s stitched with silk and gold metallic threads, glass beads and overdyed ribbon. (And of course the lovely filigree wreath in the center.)  It’s a limited edition piece designed by Just Nan.

Oooh purty. I haven't stitched since that monstrous 'Wedding Angel' I did for one of my BFs. She loves it, but I look it at and go "UGH never again." But I most likely will since I bought a stitch book about Art Nouveau designs.

That's really pretty Leah! I'm sure that took awhile to finish, but it's well worth it. Hoping I win it.

I've been having trouble posting on your blog. Don't know why… the word verification doesn't come up until I hit 'post comment' 2 or 3 times, then it sometimes kicks me out.
    *sigh*
And i only wanted to say… Your so crafty! Your embroidered piece it beautiful 🙂
    (trying again to post)

Wylie, I changed the comments so you had to type on the page itself. I wonder if that was the problem – I've switched it back to a pop out page.

If anyone else encounters any problems leaving comments, let me know by emailing me at leah DOT braemel AT gmail DOT com .

    Hey L,

I had NO problem posting a comment to the Twitter for Dummies Part Deux post so I guess that was the magic trick.
    Thanks 😀
