Squee — new cover art! Didn’t Kendra Egert do a wonderful job coming up with a cover for Private Deceptions — which must have been tough coming up with something that fit both Private Property AND Deliberate Deceptions.

I can see the model as either Jodi or Lauren, and I love that surrounding — very mysterious and fits Private Property’s sweltering July night on the shores of Lake Arlington, and also the dark vibe of Deliberate Deceptions.(Until I did the cover art form last July, I hadn’t realized I’d made both heroines blonde. But then there are only so many choices of hair color, right?)

Another one to be framed. πŸ˜‰Β I can’t wait to see it on the actual printed cover when it comes out on January 1 next year.

Leah……I love the cover & I’m looking forward to the next book in this series. I think I ate up the others in less than a week. Thank goodness for my Kindle & Nook apps on my iPhone. Always with me & portable!

Jessie, this is the cover for the anthology printed copy of Private Property and Deliberate Deceptions, it’s not a “new” story in the Hauberk series. I’m still working on that one…
