If you followed the links to my posts over on Wild & Wicked Cowboys on Thursday or Everybody Needs a Little Romance yesterday, you will have seen the cover reveal for No Accounting for Cowboys. And if you didn’t click on the links… *pout* okay okay, here it is for you lazy bones.

Yes, I notice there’s no heroine in the classic clinch, but they said they wanted to focus on the cowboy angle, although between you and me and the gate post, I think it’s because I wrote such a quirky-looking heroine that they probably threw up their hands and said “OMG what is she thinking writing a heroine with THAT hair description? Is she trying to drive us insane because that crazy-ass author just succeeded!” (Paige’s hair is black with the tips dyed cotton candy pink. Oh and did I mention she wears a lot of leather because she’s motorcycle chick too.) And yes, dear Harlequin cover artists, I do like the cover, very much. I’m sorry if I write weird heroines. Mea culpa…

I also needed to apologize to them in the Art Fact Sheet for Gabe’s story, Wrangling the Past. It’ll be interesting to see what they come up with. 😉

Oh and you can pre-order No Accounting for Cowboys over at B&N and Amazon already too. (at the time I was creating this post the cover and blurb weren’t up yet though.)

And while I have your attention, in honor of my 5th “Bookiversary”, my street team leaders are having a contest over on my FB Lounge (but you can get straight to the Rafflecopter widget by clicking on the graphic below.) The prizes are pretty self-explanatory.

I love the cover and think it is very effective in engaging a reader’s interest in the story behind it. Best of luck with the new book!
