HDBS summer readsIt’s summer — or so I’m told, it’s lovely spring-like weather this week where I am. But it’s the type of weather where I love to pull up a chair in the back yard and curl up with a good book, listening to the birds calling around me. Or even better, pull a chair up on the beach and listen to the surf pound the shore.

I’m going to give away a copy of No Accounting for Cowboys, the latest book in my Grady Legacy series, and a $5 Amazon gift certificate. Jake’s story is a perfect read for a lazy summer afternoon…cowboys and the women they love.

Right now with the way it keeps raining, my favorite place is on my sofa with a glass of sweet tea next to me…LOL

Summertime in my area usually means highs over 90 degrees and often over 100. I choose to read indoors under the A/C, either in my luxuriantly appointed bed or in my living room recliner.
