One of the most exciting parts about getting my books back from Carina Press is that I can update them however I wish. If I want to put them out in paperback, I can do that too. Most of the reverted titles won’t have major changes other than perhaps to technology — like changing a reference an iPod to an iPhone or a streaming service. But for Texas Tangle, I needed readers to know that I understood that being in a permanent threesome takes work, and challenges not only from meshing three separate personalities into the same household but facing censure from society. I’d talked about writing an epilogue for them for years. I even thought about writing a sequel, but after a lot of thought and several attempts to outlining a sequel, I decided an epilogue should cover their challenges sufficiently.

So the new version that comes out on December 26th includes an epilogue. But for those of you who have already own or have read Texas Tangle, it’s not fair to expect you to buy a new copy just to read those extra 20 or so pages. (Though I hope you might be tempted to buy it when it comes out in paperback.) So I’ve formatted the epilogue as its own tiny digital book and have loaded it onto BookFunnel so you can download it for FREE. BookFunnel will ask if you wish to subscribe to my mailing list, but it’s not a requirement.

For those of you unfamiliar with BookFunnel it’s a system that lets you choose what device you wish to read on so if you want to read on your Kindle, it’ll load it there. If you want to read on an Apple Book app, it’ll load it onto that app. Or you can read it in the BookFunnel app itself. It’s all your choice.
